Saved me...when UPS lost the tix

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! UPS lost the tickets that I was shipping to a buyer.
Within minutes of finding out - I was able to instruct the buyer to download the app and type in the claim code. Bingo!! Tickets sold. No shipping costs.
